Since 1983, Rutland Parent Participation Preschool (RPPP) has been a cornerstone of the community, dedicated to involving parents in their children's education. Nestled within Quigley Elementary School in Greater Kelowna, our mission is to provide comprehensive support for both children and families.
With a strong focus on nurturing and educational programs, we address community needs while creating enriching experiences.
